Can't believe where my fitness level is right now. As my weight increase, and without me noticing my tummy is getting bigger and bigger, i looked like a pregnant lady.....OMG how could this happen to me!!!
Anyways I must set a plan for myself to lose some weight, and kick away my big tummy. My plan for next week is (2km, 3km and 5km), I know for some people out there thinks that this may be a short runs, but I'm glad to be doing it and follow my schedule everyday. And hope i can discipline myself and say no to beer and supper.
Exercise can keep you healthy and stay young.
